Preventing Burnout While Leading Through Storms

Join us at the 9th annual Education Forecast Breakfast to connect with local business and community leaders and learn how together we can promote mental health and well-being in our workplaces and schools. Keynote Presenter John Troutman, CEO, MBP Health, is passionate about sharing workplace strategies that reduce stress, improve overall well-being and increase employee engagement.  He brings lessons he has learned as a survivor of severe burnout to walk corporate leaders through strategies to address employee needs. 

John will be joined by panelists Shanece Bowman, Programs Manager, Touchstone Foundation; Amanda Katchur, Psy.D., Psychologist, Community Services Group; Eric Silverman, Founder, Voluntary Disruption; and Leslie Wireback, Founder and Coach, Wireback Works.

The 2023 Education Forecast Breakfast will be held on Thursday, April 27 from 7:00 am - 9:30 am at the Lancaster Country Club. Tickets for this event are $50. Purchase tickets online here. Ticket sales close Tuesday, April 18 

The Education Forecast Breakfast aims to highlight exciting trends in education and connect with the business community, while serving as a fundraiser for the Manheim Township Educational Foundation. Funds raised from this event support grants that enhance academic, athletic, and artistic opportunities for all Manheim Township students.
