- Seeks to foster a lifelong bond among graduates, and between alumni and M.T. School District
- Promotes the involvement of alumni in the growth of the School District through the use of their talents, time and financial support of projects.
- Publishes the semi-annual Alumni Newsletter
- Selects up to three Distinguished Alumni who receive public recognition at MTHS commencement and serve as role models for the students of the school district
- Provides assistance to classes who are planning reunions
- Constantly updates a database of over 14,000 alumni
- Periodically publishes an Alumni Directory
